"Have you seen the bluebells?"
I look at other shots of bluebell carpeted woodlands and wonder how the photographers do it! These attempts seem poor in comparison. Yet my mum says she likes them so there you go.
The bluebells come around at my favourite time of the year – when all the promise of early Spring bursts forth in glorious abundance. One moment the trees stand bare and budding with potential, the next moment it seems like they’ve all popped open with a flourish of unity. Blink and you miss it – at least, that’s how it can seem!
The bluebells add to the show and everyone talks about them – pointing out to others where to find them. It’s a community event.
